Returns Policy:

• Celebration Sensations considers your satisfaction our #1 priority. If we make a mistake, we will make it right. Any returns must be unopened, undamaged, pre-approved, and in their original packaging.
• The refund will include the original billed amount plus return shipping charges.
• Celebration Sensations must be notified of any mistake within 3 business days of the delivery receipt date.
• Returns for any other reason must be pre-approved by Celebration Sensations, are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and will not have the return shipping refunded
• No refunds are issued after 30 days.

• Every effort is made to represent each product correctly. Images are obtained from the manufacturers. Color hues may look different on various monitors. Returns based on color differences between the online representation and physical inspection will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

Shipping

• Individually priced items are normally shipped on the next business day.
• Wholesale orders are dealt with using "just in time" ordering. We order on your behalf. Our purchasing power creates significant discounts for our buyers.
• Depending on the manufacturer, distance and shipping method, your order will arrive in 7-10 business days.
• We are not always kept up- to-date on what items have sold out or are on backorder. It is advisable to call in all orders from the Wholesale category. There are Live Chat and call-from-the-web links throughout the site. You can also email your inquiry or order.

Once the supply is depleted it may not be renewed since many of their designs follow fashion trends. When you see a design from Caspari or Ideal Home Range / IHR listed that you are interested in, please contact me immediately for availability.
• There are many more designs offered than there time to list on this web site. If there is a particular color or theme you are interested in, please ask! We will advise you as to what the available choices are and provide images by email if they are available.
