Celebration Sensations offers the following Returns Policy:
- Celebration Sensations considers your satisfaction our #1 priority. If we make a mistake, we will make it right. Any returns must be unopened, undamaged, pre-approved, and in their original packaging.
- The refund will include the original billed amount plus return shipping charges.
- Celebration Sensations must be notified of any mistake within 3 business days of the delivery receipt date.
- Returns for any other reason must be pre-approved by Celebration Sensations, are subject to a 30% restocking fee, and will not have the return shipping refunded.
- No refunds are issued after 30 days.
- Please ask any questions before ordering.
- There are no refunds on items from the Wholesale category unless a mistake was made by us. If that happens you will receive a full refund, including shipping charges.
Shipping
- There are no handling fees. Celebration Sensations believes that handling is part of the price.
- All Open Stock (individually packaged) orders are normally shipped within 1 business day.
- The shipping date will never be more than three (3) business days.
- Wholesale orders can not be expedited. See the following section for clarification.
- If there will be an unforeseen delay you will be notified by email or by phone.
The Celebration Sensations suppliers have recently changed their policies.
- Individually priced items are normally shipped on the next business day.
- Wholesale orders are dealt with using "just in time" ordering. We order on your behalf. Our purchasing power creates significant discounts for our buyers.
- Depending on the manufacturer, distance and shipping method, your order will arrive in 7-10 business days.
- We are not always kept up- to-date on what items have sold out or are on backorder. It is advisable to call in all orders from the Wholesale category. There are Live Chat and call-from-the-web links throughout the site. You can also email your inquiry or order.
- Some of these items are in high demand. The beautiful Ideal Home Range designs sell out quickly. Once the supply is depleted it may not be renewed since many of their designs follow fashion trends. When they are renewed they are slowed down by Customs processing procedures. When you see a design from IHR listed that you are interested in, please contact me immediately for availability.
- There are many more designs offered than we have time to list on our web site. If there is a particular color or theme you are interested in, please ask! I will advise you as to what the available choices are and provide images by email if they are available.
Wholesale Ordering Guidelines:
- Products can be mix-&-match from any products in the Wholesale category.
- Wholesale = all products on this site sold by the case only.
- Occasionally items ordered may be sold out. If that is the case you may be asked if you'd preferr a substitution or will receive a full refund.
- If you have any questions about the products or policies, please address them before ordering.
